Solved: Error Code: 8350103B: You cannot execute a command while TSR is running
Answer
This error occurs when attempting to execute a command that cannot be executed while a program is running; in this specific case a TSR program. Regular programs typically stop when the safety circuit is triggered (E-stop, Protective Stop, Auto Enable), or when the robot is put into Manual mode. TSR programs can stay active and run through these events. Therefore they may need to be stopped manually before executing some commands in manual mode (Motor on, saving/backing up, etc).
You can see if a TSR is running by looking at the top of the Teach Pendant:
2 Methods to stop a TSR program are:
- Press the SHORTCUT button, and select the STOP button under the Supervisory Task header
- From the PROGRAM Menu, Press Auxillary, then F8-Stop Supervisory
