Answer
You can find the current software versions of your controller software in two different places: in an updated WINCAPS project, and in your controller through the teach pendant.
WinCAPS
In your WinCAPS project go to the View menu, then down to Controller Information. Then a Pop Up window will appear with all of the controller information for the controller that this project has been backed up from.
Teach Pendant
In your Teach Pendant, from the main blue screen, simply go to Settings -> System Info -> General to see all of the relevant software information.
