For NPN please use M54522P (part number: 410077-0010)

2021 UPDATE:
410077-0110 - NPN IC Chip
410077-0120 - PNP IC Chip

Step 3

See in blue for additional information about RC7 I/O boards. “Switching procedure is the same for both”

There are two types of RC7 controller:
One controller has a safety box and the other a safety board. You can determine which I/O card is needed by the following:

If the I/O board has no chip it talks to the safety box.
If the I/O board has a chip it talks to the safety board.
Once this is determined see description and part number below for correct I/O board.

If a new board is needed see reference below:

PNP type used with Safety Box - 410010-3290
NPN type used with Safety Box - 410010-3280
PNP type used with Safety Board - 410010-3270
NPN type used with Safety Board - 410010-3260
