DENSO Robotics RC7M End of Support & Maintenance

Notice

Thank you for trusting Denso with your robotic needs. On March 31, 2027 ten years will have passed since the RC7M series robot controller was officially discontinued. Accordingly, sales of replacement parts and repairs will no longer be possible after this date due to the unavailability of components. We strongly encourage purchasing spare parts for the RC7M controller or upgrading RC7M controllers to the RC8A series prior to March 31 2027 to mitigate chances of production interruptions. Most RC7M generation robot models are able to be operated by the RC8A series controller which reduces time and cost to upgrade. DENSO recommends reaching out to the regional sales representative in your area, or contacting your local DENSO distributor for more details on upgrading controllers from RC7M to RC8A.

Support & Contact

For controller upgrades we recommend contacting your Regional Sales Representative or local DENSO distributor with your current model # and serial #.
