Applicable Errors:

6009 – Turning off controller and restart

Error Description: 

The 6009 error may generate after resolving certain level 5 errors (such as resetting encoders responsible for generating level 5 errors). The 6009 error code signifies that the cause of level 5 error has been resolved and power must be manually cycled to complete the process.  

Remedy: 

Use the power switch on the front of the controller to power the controller down. Wait 10 seconds prior to using the power switch to turn the controller back on.
