DENSO can provide customers with Declarations of Incorporation or RoHS Certificates of Compliance as requested.

For a generic form Certificate of Compliance please visit the online manuals, and follow the menu progression for your desired robot type: 

• ROBOTS
  • <ROBOT TYPE>
    • Appendixes
      • Conformity with Standards by Robot Model

If a certificate is desired listing the specific robot model and controller serial number, please send the following information to support@densorobotics.com:

DECLARATION OF INCORPORATION

1. Certificate Type (UL,CE)
   
2. End User's Company Name
3. Country of End User
4. Required Date (if applicable)
5. Serial number(s) of robot and controller assembly

RoHs CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE

1. To whome the document should be sent
2. Required Date (if applicable)
3. Certification Type (RoHs, REACH)
4. Product Information (robot serial number, robot/controller type and part number, other part numbers for options and parts)
5. Specific format desired (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the correct information, the information will be sent to DENSO WAVE and the certificate generated and returned.
